Estimates and proposals

Website prices are starting prices in the currencies shown. Published timelines are typical estimates beginning after kickoff and receipt of required access, content, data, decisions, and approvals. Final scope, fees, milestones, taxes, payment terms, and delivery dates will be stated in a written proposal or agreement.

Payment and service delivery

Green Leaf Labs uses a pay-upfront model for WildApricot New Build, WildApricot Redesign, and WildApricot Ongoing Support services. After we review an intake request and agree on the scope, we issue a Stripe invoice. Full payment of that invoice is required before work begins. Payment does not create a customer account or login with Green Leaf Labs.

Once an invoice is paid in full, payment is final and non-refundable on the client’s side, regardless of project stage. A client’s change of mind, change in priorities, withdrawal, internal approval issue, delay, or decision not to proceed does not create a refund right. Our sole completion commitment is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy: if Green Leaf Labs is unable to complete the agreed work for any reason, we will issue a full refund.

Organization-to-business services

Our services are offered to organizations, including associations, nonprofits, clubs, and HOAs, acting for business or organizational purposes. We do not intend these terms for an individual purchasing services for personal, family, or household use. This is an operating assumption for our payment policy, not a statement that the policy cannot be challenged or that mandatory law can never apply. Please contact us before payment if the contracting party is an individual rather than an organization.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, authorized access, lawful content and data, timely feedback, and required third-party accounts or licences. Delays in these dependencies may change delivery dates or scope.

Third-party platforms

Green Leaf Labs services may depend on WildApricot, WordPress, QuickBooks, Supabase, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies, security, and product changes are controlled by their respective owners.

Website content

Website information is provided for general service-planning purposes and may change. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, probe protected systems, or reproduce Green Leaf Labs branding or original content without permission.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available without a promise that every page will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any project-specific warranties, remedies, liability limits, and acceptance criteria will be defined in the applicable written service agreement.

Governing terms

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you. If a written client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written client agreement controls for that project.
