Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required before Green Leaf Labs begins work.
Payment before work
For WildApricot New Build, WildApricot Redesign, and WildApricot Ongoing Support services, we review your intake request and issue a Stripe invoice for the agreed scope. The invoice must be paid in full before any work begins.
Final payment on the client’s side
Once an invoice is paid in full, the sale is final on the client’s side. There are no refunds and no exceptions for a client’s change of mind, withdrawal, changed priorities, internal approval issue, delay, or decision not to continue, regardless of project stage.
Our commitment to complete the work
If Green Leaf Labs is unable to complete the agreed work for any reason, we will issue the client a full refund. Once we begin work, we are committed to seeing the agreed work through. This is our commitment to the client; it does not create a client-initiated right to end an agreed project early and receive a refund.

For an inquiry about this policy, submit a General Inquiry through our contact form and include “Refund & Cancellation Policy” in your message. We aim to acknowledge policy inquiries within two business days.
Organizations and Ontario consumer law
This policy is designed for organization-to-business service agreements with clubs, HOAs, nonprofits, associations, and similar organizations. Our operating understanding is that Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act statutory cooling-off and cancellation rights are generally directed to consumer agreements with individuals acting for personal, family, or household purposes, rather than organizations acting for business purposes. This is not a guarantee that the policy is immune from legal challenge or that mandatory rights can never apply. We will revisit this policy before contracting with an individual rather than an organization.

This policy forms part of our Website Terms. If a project-specific written agreement contains a mandatory legal term that conflicts with this policy, applicable law and that mandatory term will govern to that extent.
